Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Package with Care
Place your Lola Blanket back in its original protective bag and box to ensure it stays clean and protected during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
